1 Tbs. vegetable oil
16-oz package frozen mixed vegetables
2 cups cooked wild rice
1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce or tamari or liquid aminos

Heat wok or large fry pan. Pour oil into wok or pan and coat evenly. Add vegetables and rice.
Stir-fry about 2 minutes over high heat. Add soy sauce and continue stir-frying until vegetables are
crisp-tender. Serves 2.
