2/3 cup sunflower seeds
2-3 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
½ tsp. onion powder
¼ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. salt
¾ cup water

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. To make a salad or sandwich dressing, you can blend in some tomato or avocado.
Note: the color of this recipe may be brownish. This can be adjusted by using food coloring. Last time my mom made this, she used fresh lemon juice and the color was fine.
