STEAMED COUSCOUS
1-1/2 cups water
1/2 tsp. granulated garlic
1 Tbs. dried couscous
1 cup couscous
Salt and pepper to taste

Bring water, garlic, and olive oil to a boil. Stir in the couscous, cover, and immediately turn off the heat. Let stand 5 minutes,
then remove lid and transfer to a serving bowl, fluffing with a fork to break up any large clumps. Serve hot. Makes 4 servings.
PER SERVING: 204 calories; 6 gm protein; 4 gm fat; 36 gm carb.; 5 mg sodium.
