2 Tbs. butter
2 lb. fresh young fava beans, shelled
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup snipped fresh dill
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Melt butter in a large skillet or saute pan over moderately high heat. When foam begins to subside, add the beans and saute,
stirring for 3 minutes.
Add the lemon juice and stir to combine. Sprinkle with dill and salt and pepper. Serve immediately. Serves 4-6.
