2 cups beefnot tvp chunks (Available through http://www.dixiediner.com )
2 cups water
1 Telma Beef cube, broken up (parve) (or some other type of fake beef broth)
Cook in the microwave for 6 minutes or on the stove until rehydrated and slightly soupy then add in 1/4 or so of flour, or
potato starch or arrowroot.
2 onions, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced or crushed
4-6 carrots, cut into little coins
4 red potatoes (sometimes more), diced fairly small, but not tiny
3-4 stalks celery, chopped
and mushrooms if I have them, cut into chunks
2-3 Telma cubes, broken up(or some other type of fake beef broth)
about 2 quarts of water
Some olive oil to saute in

Saute onions in olive oil until translucent. Add garlic for a minute or two and then add the BeefNot mixture with the flour,
potato starch or arrowroot. Cook for a minute or two and then add the water and the rest of the ingredients. Cook on fairly
high boil to cook it down as you are cooking the veggies. I think it takes about 30-45 minutes. This is one of my very favorite
meals.
