1 cup grated part-skim mozzarella cheese
2 oz soft tofu, drained
1 tsp. minced fresh garlic
1/4 tsp. each: dried oregano and basil
1/4 cup spaghetti sauce
4 pita rounds

Preheat broiler. In a food processor or blender, puree cheese, tofu, garlic, oregano and basil. Spread a small amount of
spaghetti sauce on each pita round (do not split rounds), then top with a dollop of cheese-tofu mixture. Broil for 1 minute or
until lightly browned. Cut rounds into wedges and serve hot. Serves 10.
PER SERVING: 106 calories; 7 gm protein; 3 gm fat; 14 gm carb.; 6 mg cholesterol; 211 mg sodium.
