Pastry N'EGG
1/4 cup flax seeds
3/4 cup water
Grind the seeds to a powder. Mix in a blender with the water. 1/3 cup of this equals one egg. Refrigerate what you don't use, but use it within 24 hours, for it does not keep well.

All Purpose N'EGGS
This formula equals 1 egg
2 Tbs gluten flour or unbleached white flour
1-1/2 tsp corn oil
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 Tbs water
Combine thoroughly. Use right away, because the baking powder loses its effectiveness within 2 hours.
