1 cup grated raw apple, packed
1/4 cup oil
3/4 cup bran
1/4 cup rice polish
3/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup chopped dates
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Combine all ingredients and let stand for a few minutes to allow absorption of moisture. Form into balls and place in oiled
muffin pans. Fill full, nicely rounding tops. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
