Recipe Ingredients
2 lbs. soft tofu
2 cups soymilk
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 T. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
Recipe Directions
Blend in a blender in four equal parts until smooth and creamy.
Freeze in a home hand-operated or electric ice cream maker and serve.
