12 slices French-style (baguette) bread
  1 tsp. olive oil
  2 cloves garlic, finely minced

 Preheat oven to 300 degrees.  Place bread slices on a large baking sheet.  (Do not overlap.)  Heat together oil and garlic until just warmed, about 1 minute.  Brush mixture on surface of bread rounds with a pastry brush.  Bake 30-40 minutes, or until bread is lightly browned and very crisp.  Store in an airtight container.  Makes 12 bread crisps.
