Recipe Ingredients
cup clean raw cashews
cup hot water (more if necessary)
2 tsp. onion powder
tsp. nutritional yeast
tsp. "chicken" seasoning (such as McKays)
2 Tbs. cornstarch or arrowroot
Salt to taste
tsp. smoke flavor
2 Tbs. soy sauce
Water to make 2 cups



Recipe Directions

Blend cashews and hot water in blender. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Simmer, stirring constantly, until thick.
